Erin at House of Turquoise mentioned that Phoebe Howard had updated her portfolio on her website.
Overall, her work is stellar but it was the bedrooms that I couldn’t stop admiring. She knows how to decorate a bedroom and has a winning formula for dressing the bed. White/cream bedding sometimes paired with blue or brown; white duvet folded at the end of the bed; a few pillows in a patterned/graphic fabric. Notice how she often places a round mirror above the bed – love that.
This first bedroom is one of my favourites and I especially am taken with the “beehive” ceiling fixture which she uses quite frequently in her projects.

WOW! Making the bed..so mundane of a task, but it's SO important and the results/reward of doing it are so great. Thanks for the truly inspirational photos that make me want to hop out of bed in the am and get the job done!!

These are incredible beds! Perfect timing too as I'm shopping for bed linen today for six bedrooms I've designed in a house, I'm so inspired from your post!
ReplyDeleteLovely bedrooms! Mrs. Howard never disappoints! Enjoyed my visit to your blog and will be following!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful beds. Perfect for dreaming.
ReplyDeleteThese are great - the third bedroom is my favorite. I've wanted to do a fabric treatment behind my bed but we have a vent in the worst place! Loved the Canada cake. Have enjoyed many great vacations in Canada.
ReplyDeleteSigh...
